The 18th Army Soul Special Training Camp

     May 12-13, 2018, we took part in the 18^th training of military spirit. An reasonable request is to train, while an unreasonable one is to harden. The main spirit is “Obedience, absoluteobedience; Beyond yourself and beyond your opponent.”

From the last one to the first, our team became the champion,not only the champion of the strength but of mind.

     In the speech contest “Feelings Of The Training”, we shared what we have experienced and what we have gained. Among 20 competitorsfrom different companies, our company got 4awards among 7awards: Eliza got the first place, Jonathan follows her, got the second, and the other two luckgirls: Miko and Effie got the third place.

     Following is a team picture of our AMAZ staff, united and passionate.

     Now let’s review the whole process of the training. With high spirit and valiancy, four passionate teams , Weiqi, Yangtong, Sandian and Xinrui, are ready for any challenge.

     People gather for party while heart to heart for partner. The first lesson: turning, standing at attention, straddling and other basicactions. Although all the actions seem easy, it is hard to be up to standard.We need to finish all actions in order and make the sound be heard few miles away.

         Following the rule “ If nobody is responsible, I will be the one; if there is a leader, then I will follow him without hesitation”, we come to the second lesson: strange market.

     Every team member takes turns to turn over a card. In total there are 14 cards, and every card has different patterns which stand for different numbers, we need to turn over the cards from1 to 14.

The captain gives his commandand others will do it exactly. Everyone has his thoughts, if they don’t keep together, all lose.

       Firstly, the captain sends a member with good memory to remember the patterns on cards and describe allthe cards to others. All the members just do as what they have been told, step by step, although the way to succeed is difficult, but we will find it finally like we always do.

     There must be a way to succeed as a reason for failure.The third lesson: through the lifeline. We failed many times because the rope needs to be held during the whole process, but we let it go when the last twowere going through. We started to rethink and learn from other teams and we found our way to hold the rope was wrong. During the whole process, we had divergence, argument and failure, but we found the way and make anythingpossible.

     At last, we became the winner among other teams, but we still can’t meet the instructor’s requirement. In an army, there is no almost,only success or failure.

     The main four elements of success are: clear aim, right way, firm faith and persistence. The fourth lesson: who is the millionaire? Weshould have known the blue currency’s demand exceeds supply, but we didn’tnotice the team who has the blue currency. Every time we meet a challenge, thefirst thing we should do is to analyze and find a right way instead of bustling without plan or purpose so that we can over come all the challenges in a best way.

     Make the complexity briefness, and do every brief thing with concentrated attention, and you will be the expert when arriving perfection. Be a man with honesty and do anything with your heart. The fifthlesson: a highest aim for a team. Practice makes perfect, just practice withall your strength until it becomes a conditioned reflex. You can only see thenumber in front of you and the finger of the last person and only hear the sound which comes out of your finger and the card, doing a task without any distractions. It took us 29 seconds to finish the task in the beginning, but finally we won with 6.22 seconds.

     Everyone has him own responsibility. There are so many chances in games but life doesn’t have. Either does this PK activity.You only have one chance to win otherwise you are the loser. What losers faceis endless guilty because they have to watch the captain shouldering all the painful work but nothing to do with him. There will be much more different ifall of us shoulder our own duty working hard in the beginning.  Then we no need to suffer this.

     The crucial punishment makes a better man and a better team. We hold the captain，who lead us to the success on the topto show our hope，our aims and our determination.

     We always believe that the team is much stronger than individuals. Only when we united ，can we make more and more miracles .At the end of game ，we hold each other arm and look deep into the eyes of our teammates ，we find failure and success don’t matter atall because we have experienced and gain a valuable memory. That is enough.

     What we learned from this training is powerful team-building needs all of us ’contribution. Let’s cherish the memories and apply itinto life and work. To fight for a promising future. Let’s believe that together we will go far.
